A team building workshop was conducted on 2nd August, 2025, in the A.V. Hall for the teachers of Don Bosco Higher Secondary School, Panjim. The session was facilitated by Ms. Charlene Farrell, a counsellor and life skills trainer by profession.
Ms. Charlene highlighted the importance of team building and provided the teachers with a checklist to assess the current team dynamics within the school. She also elaborated on the characteristics of effective teams. Key concepts discussed included Tuckman’s stages of team development and the GRPI model of effective teamwork.
Her insights, energy, and practical approach left a lasting impression on all participants. The interactive activities and thoughtful reflections not only fostered collaboration but also helped to strengthen team bonds.
