Master Olav do Rosario and Master Davis Furtado from STD – XI Science represented Don Bosco HSS, Panjim and Emerged Glorious Winners at the All Goa Inter-Higher Secondary School Chemistry Quiz Competition organised by the Association of Chemistry Teachers - Goa at 21st Annual Convention held at PES college of Arts and Science, Farmagudi, Ponda Goa on 24th February 2024.
In all, 41 Higher Secondaries participated in the Preliminary Round held on 9th January 2024. Five Higher Secondaries Qualified for the Final Round which Included
1. DCTs Vasantrao Dempo HSS, Cujira
2. Madkaikar HSS, Old Goa
3. Don Bosco HSS, Panjim
4. DM'S PVS Kushe HSS, Mapusa
5. Rosary HSS, Navelim.
Sets of various rounds were held on various topics. After a tough Fight, Don Bosco HSS emerged Victorious with a Total of 125 points. First runner up was DM'S PVS Kushe HSS, Mapusa with 65 points and Second Runner up was DCTs Vasantrao Dempo HSS, Cujira with 60 points.
