The purpose of the General Body Meeting held on August 19, 2023, was to unite parents and teachers with the goal of achieving the established objectives of the Institute while considering the comprehensive development of the students. Additionally, it sought to honor the academic achievers.
The theme for this academic year, "Big Vision for a Big Mission," set the tone for a successful General Body Meeting. The dignitaries on the dais were Mrs.Linda Santos, Chief Guest; Fr. Avin Carvalho, Rector; Rev. Fr. Tamatur Cardozo,Principal; Mrs. Priya Noronha and Mr.Wilson Rodrigues, P.T.A. Vice-Presidents; Mitchel S. Cota, P.T.A. secretary; Josefa Pinto, P.T.A. treasurer.

The words of welcome created an inclusive atmosphere for all attendees. This ensured that each participant felt not only valued but also an integral part of the larger Salesian family.
During the event, dignitaries on the dais were presented with floral bouquets. This gesture served a dual purpose: it acquainted the parents in the audience with the dignitaries' positions, while also establishing a positive and welcoming tone for the commencement of the General Body Meeting.
The 'Lighting of The Lamp' ceremony, through its symbolic illumination, guided us towards our shared goals, while the soulful hymn 'Thank You Lord' and prayer united us with the divine.
The introduction of the members of the P.T.A.Executive Committee served a crucial purpose: to acquaint everyone with their respective roles. This would facilitate effective communication between parents and teachers and help in building a team spirit, all working together towards betterment of the Institute.
A comprehensive explanation of the Institute's rules, a step aimed at aiding parents in comprehending the school's expected code of conduct and the values to be instilled in the students. This directed parents towards cultivating respectful and disciplined behavior in their children.
The presentation of the school motto sought to communicate the essence of the Institute's vision and mission to the attendees. This empowered parents with a deeper understanding of the motto's significance. The parents would align their children's actions with the ethos encapsulated in the motto.
The felicitation ceremony was held to appreciate and celebrate the exceptional achievements of the stream-wise toppers of our Institute. The attendees were able to acknowledge the hard work of the students. It inspired everyone to strive for perfection in order to be successful in life.
The Chief guest address was insightful and aimed at the various aspects of parenting. Parents were able to understand how to deal with teenagers of today. The takeaway from this speech, had inspirations coupled with advice for the parents. The teachers were also able to look at challenges, as a way of self-growth and a call to live their vocation.
