Republic day 2023 celebrated at Don Bosco Higher Secondary School, Panjim

The dawn of every Republic day awakens us to the greater realization of virtues our tricolour stands for. The republic day celebration at Don Bosco Panjim was hosted by Don Bosco Higher Secondary School.
The jubilation commenced at Don Bosco High School quadrangle with the unfurling of the national flag at the hands of Chief guest Mr. Rajendra Kerkar , renowned environmentalist and social activist. The cultural programme began with a patriotic dance. Educating the audience on the basic rights guaranteed by Indian constitution was a street play penned by Tr. Archana Shetye. The Chief guest in his address urged the students to be vigilant about their rights and duties and strive to conserve our natural and cultural heritage. The programme was graced by Fr. Avin Carvalho, Rector Don Bosco Panjim, Fr. Joaquim Lobo , Manager Don Bosco College, Mr. Cedric Silveira , Principal Don Bosco College , Fr. Jacinto Dias ,In-charge Don Bosco Higher Secondary. Miss Sanjita Sharma proposed the vote of thanks. The programme was well compered by Miss Rajasi Naik and Master Ansel Monteiro.
The event was coordinated by Mr. Rajesh Kalangutkar, Mrs. Archana Shetye, Mrs. Aditi Naik, Ms. Reshma Mapari, Mrs. Sneha Govekar and Ms. Liza Dsouza.
