NSS, YRC and RRC installation held at Don Bosco Higher Secondary School, Panjim
Don Bosco Higher Secondary School Panjim held the installation ceremony of it’s NSS YRC and RRC units on September 24, 2022.
The Chief guest for the function was Rev. Fr. Joaquim Lobo, Director of Don Bosco College, Panjim. The programme commenced with a welcome and prayer dance. The Leaders of the NSS, YRC and RRC highlighted the aims and objectives of their club along with a video presentation.
The pledge was administered by Chief guest Fr. Joaquim Lobo for NSS. Fr. Clive Telles administered the same for YRC and Red Ribbon club.
In view of increasing incidents of cyberbullying, a skit was presented by the students to spread the awareness and caution. A Video on HIV/AIDS was also screened to the students present, in order to create an awareness of prevention and spread of HIV/AIDS. Vote of thanks was presented by YRC leader Ms. Suella Araujo.
The program was organized by NSS Officers Sir Nilesh Pai and Ms. Muriel Alphonso and YRC coordinator Ms. Irene Dmello along with the Club leaders Ms. Amin Sheikh, Ms.Suella Araujo and Ms.Angel D'souza.
