Admission Process

• Admission registration is an online process.
  You are required to first register at the website. On completion of registration you will receive the username and password on your registered emailid. During registration mandatorily enter the student First Name & Last Name as per the Leaving Certificate, Mobile No and Email-Id. The middle name has to be entered while filling the admission form.
  
• Applicants are required to read the instructions carefully before proceeding to fill the application form. The username and password is sent on the registered email-id. Kindly check SPAM, TRASH if the email is not received in the INBOX. Once you login with the username and password click on COMPLETE APPLICATION FORM.
  
• The Institute has the right to reject applications that are Incomplete or have wrong/incorrect information
  
• Form to be filled in CAPITALS only (Use Upper Caps to enter data)
  
• Only scanned passport size photograph should be uploaded. The photograph should be recent and with a white background dimensions 200 x 230 pixels (20 - 50kb) with .jpg extension.
  
• Mark sheet should be scanned and the file size should be between 1 - 1.5 MB.
  
• All Asterisk * marked fields are MANDATORY.
  
• Parent & Guardian (if any) details are MANDATORY.
  
• EMAIL-ID & MOBILE No. must be CORRECT as all Admission Notification shall be communicated through the same.
  
• If you are applying for MORE THAN ONE STREAM you need not register again. Step 3 allows you to apply for ONE or MORE streams. (One prospectus number you can apply only for 1 stream. To apply for more than 1 stream buy the prospectii accordingly). To select stream click on Select Preference 1 / Select Preference 2 / Select Preference 3.
  
• Make sure that you set your preference order for the streams you are choosing correctly.
  
• Please choose your stream and optional subjects very carefully, as no change in the stream or optional subjects will be permitted later by the school authorities. The seats for optional subjects are also subjected to availability.

• Check your STATUS on the dashboard. Messages displayed are as follows :
  
• REGISTERED. PROCEED TO FILL APPLICATION FORM. (After completion of registration. You may now proceed to fill the application form:
  
• Application successfully uploaded. CHECK YOUR REGISTERED EMAIL FOR FURTHER DETAILS. (Only when all the four (4) steps of filling the application form are completed.
  
• Shortlisted for . [Date and time to submit application form along with documents and fees will be specified in the registered email.] . Once selected you will receive an email and the status will display the above. You will now be able to print the Application form. Download
• Application Form button will be available. The pdf downloaded should be printed. The recent passport size (same as that scanned and uploaded) should be affixed.]
  
• Confirmed for . Once documents are submitted and fees paid status said will be displayed.
  
• Check the list of the documents to be submitted on the Prospectus.
  
  Please Note:
  
• Form should be printed in "PORTRAIT" Orientation.
  
• Fees once paid will not be refunded.
  
• If your Child/Ward is already studying in Don Bosco Higher Secondary School, Panjim USE ANOTHER EMAIL-ID AND CONTACT NUMBER FOR THE NEW ADMISSION.
