’God Bless Our Journey’, Inaugural Mass held

The Inaugural Mass on June 8, 2024 held at the Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima, marked a meaningful start to the new academic year. The XI standard students felt warmly welcomed into the school community, embraced by a spirit of unity and hope. Meanwhile, the XII Standard students were inspired and motivated to strive for excellence in their final year, carrying the blessings and encouragement received during the Mass into their academic endeavors.



Rev. Fr. Jason Coelho delivered an inspiring homily, highlighting the fable of Don Bosco’s dream and encouraging the students to journey forward with youthful enthusiasm, as well as to reach out to others. “Be hopeful, Be sacrificing and Be positive just like Mother Mary was at all times and in all situations” he said. The theme of the liturgy was :’God Bless Our Journey’. Special prayers were offered for God’s blessings on all students, management, staff members, parents and elders. The Mass liturgy was profoundly meaningful, the offertory highlighted the dream of Don Bosco.



In a solemn ceremony, Provincial Rev. Fr. Clive Teles, installed the new Rector of Don Bosco, Panaji, Rev. Fr. Tamatur Cardozo, who also serves as the Principal of the Higher Secondary. The significance of the event was evident, as the community gathered to witness and celebrate this pivotal moment..
On the occasion, Rector, Rev. Fr. Tamatur Cardozo, introduced all the priests of the house. The Mass was animated by Tr. Mitchel, Tr. Muriel and Tr. Aloma along with Tr. Standy (Choir incharge)
