On January 7, 2022, Urban health centre Panjim organised a vaccination drive for the students in the age group of 15 to 18 years.
Dr. Shivani Naik and her team from Urban health centre along with the entire teaching and non-teaching staff of Don Bosco Higher School Panjim successfully managed to vaccinate 250 eligible students.
To adhere to the existing SOP, two registrations and one confirmation counter was set up along with a well-ventilated observation area.
Students received prior instructions to submit a consent letter duly signed by their parents and were asked to be accompanied by a parent on the day of vaccination.
A class-wise timetable of pre-scheduled slots communicated to the students much in advance made the entire process smooth and effective.
