The Leaders Training Workshop, held on 12th July 2025, was a half-day program designed to equip student leaders with the skills and mindset to lead with purpose and excellence – the Bosco way. Themed “100% Excellence: Lead the Bosco Way,” the workshop aimed to instill core values of Salesian leadership and strengthen student leaders’ presence both in the classroom and across the school.
The training commenced with a prayer, followed by four insightful sessions led by Tr. Bianca Fernandes, Tr. Selza Lopes, Tr. Reshma Mapari, and Tr. Astride. Key topics covered included character building, classroom discipline, campus leadership, accountability, and value-based decision-making. Interactive activities throughout the sessions encouraged reflection, goal setting, and teamwork.
The program successfully met its objectives by helping students:
* Understand the importance of leading with humility and empathy,
* Learn effective peer leadership strategies,
* Develop clear leadership goals and measurable KPIs,
* Commit to respectful communication and active responsibility on campus.
The Principal’s address emphasized sustained excellence through service and self-awareness. The workshop concluded with a vote of thanks, leaving the young leaders inspired and ready to lead with integrity, responsibility, and the spirit of Don Bosco.
